Palmdale Regional Medical Center Earns An "A" Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group
Palmdale Regional Medical Center earned an “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group, a national nonprofit watchdog. Leapfrog assigns an “A,” “B,” “C,” “D” or “F” grade to general hospitals across the country based on over 30 measures of errors, accidents, injuries and infections as well as the systems hospitals have in place to prevent them.
“We work very hard to maintain a concentrated focus on patient safety and quality,” said Nana Deeb, Chief Executive Officer, Palmdale Regional Medical Center. “And it shows by earning this 2nd ‘A’ in a row from The Leapfrog Group for the Spring rating of 2024. Our team members are not going to stop the forward trajectory to continue to maintain this achievement for the future. We are committed. I am very proud of all our team members and medical staff for their dedication to uphold this standard.”
